Dysregulation is the inability to modulate emotional and behavioral responses. Symptoms of dysregulation include anxiety, phobias, depression, insomnia, chronic pain, headaches, chronic fatigue and drug abuse.
Because SRT is a non-cathartic approach, clients can expect to feel a sense of well being at the end of a session. As SRT helps to bring balance to the nervous system, you will feel more alive and more able to manage the unavoidable stress in daily life.
